How it works

AIndexify submits your URLs for web indexing, then independently checks each one against real search results.

  1. Submit your URLs

Paste them or upload a CSV — up to 10,000 URLs per submission. Everything is validated, normalized, and deduped before anything is spent, with a live credit cost as you choose the search engine — Google or Bing — and, for Google, fast (1 credit/URL) or instant (10 credits/URL) mode. Bing has one price: 10 credits/URL.

  2. Credits are reserved, then delivered

Your submission fans out into batches through the accelerated indexing pipeline. Credits are only kept for URLs that are actually delivered — anything that can’t be submitted returns its credits in full, automatically.

  3. We check search results — independently

Each URL is checked on a schedule against the live results of the search engine it was submitted to — Google’s for a Google submission, Bing’s for a Bing one. A URL is marked indexed only when it actually appears; an errored check is retried, never reported as a negative.

    Google instant mode checks1h · 4h · 12h · 24h · 72h · 7d
    Bing checks24h · 48h · 96h · 7d
  4. Get your indexing request results

Every check is kept as a dated, per-URL evidence timeline. Watch the indexation curve, filter and search your results, and export the filtered view as CSV — proof you can hand to a client.

Credits, plainly

Google · fast mode1 credit / URLThe standard path. Most URLs that get indexed are picked up within a few days to a couple of weeks.
Google · instant mode10 credits / URLA priority pipeline, typically hours to a few days. Neither mode guarantees indexation.
Bing10 credits / URLOne price, no modes. Whether and when a page is indexed is Bing’s decision, and it is not guaranteed.

Credits come in one-time packs, never expire, and include result monitoring. See pricing for the packs.

What monitoring means

We check whether search results return your exact URL, and record the result. It is a presence check, not a ranking check — we assert that the page is in the index, not where it ranks. Every check is timestamped and kept, so the status you see is always backed by a record you can open.

What we can’t do

We cannot make Google or Bing index a page, and we don’t promise an index rate or a deadline — anyone who does is guessing. We cannot index pages that are noindexed, return a 404, or are blocked by robots.txt; we detect those before spending a check and tell you the real reason.

No Search Console or Webmaster Tools required

Monitoring is independent of you. Because we check Google’s and Bing’s public results, you don’t need to connect Google Search Console or Bing Webmaster Tools, install a tag, or prove ownership of the domain to get proof that a URL is indexed.
