Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 October 2026
1. Who these terms are with
These terms govern your use of aindexify.com and the services offered through it (“the Service”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or submitting a URL you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does, and what it does not
You submit URLs; we pass them to an accelerated indexing pipeline and then check public search results on a schedule to report whether each URL appears there.
Indexation is the search engine’s decision alone. We do not control it, cannot compel it, and do not guarantee that any URL will be indexed, that it will be indexed within any particular period, or that it will remain indexed. In particular, a page that returns a noindex directive, is disallowed in robots.txt, does not resolve, or carries content the search engine declines to index will not be indexed no matter how it is submitted. Reporting that outcome accurately is part of what the Service is for; changing it is not something anyone can promise.
The Service also offers Reddit placement add-ons: a service, sold separately from credits, under which a person engaged by us or by our placement partner writes and publishes, from an account they control, either a standalone post in one subreddit or a comment in an existing thread, based on the brief you supply. Each placement is delivered when it is published and listed in the report on your dashboard with its live URL and a screenshot taken at the time; our obligation for that placement is met at that point. Writers use their judgement on wording and placement: the brief guides the placement and does not dictate its text.
As with indexing, the outcome of a placement is not ours to promise. We do not guarantee that a placement will rank in any search engine, be cited by any AI assistant, receive any number of views, upvotes, replies or visits, produce any traffic, sign-ups or sales, or remain published for any period. Reddit and the moderators of each subreddit decide what stays on their platform; we do not control them and cannot compel them. The comparison and the descriptive language on the Reddit Marketing page describe what a placement is, not an outcome it will produce.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must give accurate registration information and keep it current. One person or organisation per account; do not share access with people you would not give your own credentials to.
4. Credits, add-ons and payment
The Service is sold as one-time credit packs at the prices shown on the pricing page, in US dollars, processed by our payment provider. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews. Credits are consumed when you submit a URL — one credit per URL in fast mode, ten in instant mode, and ten for a URL submitted to Bing — and they do not expire. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Reddit placement add-ons are sold the same way: one-time, in US dollars, at the prices shown on the pricing and Reddit Marketing pages, with applicable taxes calculated at checkout. They may be bought together with a credit pack in one checkout, or on their own by an account that has already bought a pack; they are not available to accounts that have never bought one. Add-ons are paid in money, not credits, and never add to, or draw from, your credit balance.
5. Performance, delivery and withdrawal rights
Credits are digital content delivered immediately. By completing a purchase you ask us to begin supplying them at once and acknowledge that, where a statutory cooling-off period would otherwise apply to a consumer purchase, it ends once the credits are added to your balance and the purchase has been performed. Nothing here removes a right you hold that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
Reddit placement add-ons are a service performed after purchase. Work begins within 24 hours of a complete brief; comments are typically published within two to five days of that and posts within three to seven, and placements in one order are spaced out on purpose. These are targets, not deadlines: an order that is running late is still an order we are fulfilling, and the remedy for one we cannot fulfil is the refund described in section 6. Where a statutory cooling-off period applies to a consumer purchase of an add-on, you may exercise it until work starts; by submitting a brief you ask us to begin within that period and acknowledge that, once work has started, the right ends to the extent the law allows.
6. Refunds, replacements and credit forfeiture
If we fail to deliver a URL to the indexing pipeline after our retries, the credits for that URL return to your balance automatically. You do not have to ask, and we do not charge for a status check we could not run.
Otherwise, because credits redeem against irreversible upstream costs, packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where the law requires otherwise. We do not refund credits because the search engine chose not to index a page: that is the outcome the Service reports, not a defect in it. Malformed or unreachable URLs are rejected before any credit is spent, so check your list before submitting.
Remaining credits are forfeited if you delete your account, or if we terminate it for a breach of these terms.
A Reddit placement add-on order may be cancelled for a full refund until work starts, and is refunded in full if we decline the brief before work starts. Once work has started the order is non-refundable, except that if we cannot deliver a placement we refund it in full, and if we deliver fewer placements than you ordered we refund the ones not delivered. Withdrawing a brief, or asking us to stop after work has started, does not entitle you to a refund. Where you hold a statutory right that cannot be waived, it is unaffected.
If a placement is removed by a subreddit moderator or by Reddit within 7 days of the date it was delivered, we will replace it at no charge, without limit on the number of replacements inside that window; a replacement is delivered the same way and does not restart the window. Removal after the window, removal or editing by you, a placement that stays published but receives little attention, and anything a Reddit rule change does to an existing post are not covered. To claim a replacement, write to [email protected] with the order number.
7. Acceptable use
You may submit only URLs that you own or are authorised to submit. You may not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content; to submit at a volume or rate intended to degrade it; to probe, scrape or circumvent its limits, authentication or security; or to resell access without our agreement. We may suspend or terminate an account that does any of these, and may decline any individual submission.
The same applies to a Reddit placement brief, which must be accurate, lawful and yours to give: you warrant that you have the right to promote the product and URL it names and that nothing in it is misleading. We may decline a brief, in whole or in part, that asks for deceptive claims, for a competitor to be named in a misleading or disparaging way, for anything that breaks Reddit’s rules or a subreddit’s rules, or for content we consider unlawful or harmful.
8. Availability and changes to the Service
We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we depend on upstream providers whose availability we do not control. We aim to give notice of material changes that reduce what a purchased credit buys, and we will not retroactively increase the credit cost of a submission you have already made.
9. Providers we rely on
We use third-party providers to host infrastructure, authenticate accounts, process payments, send email, deliver submissions to the indexing pipeline, query search results, and write and publish Reddit placements. They process data strictly to provide the Service; a placement partner receives only the brief for the order it is fulfilling. The Privacy Policy describes what each category receives; a current itemised list is available on request.
10. Your data
You keep ownership of the URLs and content you submit. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the Service: to transmit your URLs to the indexing pipeline, query public search results about them, and store the results and history we show you. The Privacy Policy governs personal data.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that search results we report are complete or free of error, since they reflect what a public search returned at a point in time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, revenue, traffic, rankings or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, and where that is so they do not apply to you.
For a Reddit placement add-on, our total liability arising out of the order, on any basis, is limited to the amount you paid for that order. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, the report on your dashboard, the brief you submitted and the record of when each placement went live are the evidence we will supply. Nothing here affects any liability the law does not allow us to limit.
12. Suspension, termination and deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your settings; deletion removes your projects, submissions and check history, and forfeits any remaining credits. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits — do.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes arising out of them belong to the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory consumer protection available to you where you live.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do, and we will give notice of material changes by email or in the application. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, stop using the Service and delete your account.
